Geometry Type: esriGeometryPolygon
Description: This layer shows the extent of the St. Clair Detroit River System (SCDRS) initiative project area for the waters of the Great Lakes and connecting channels, and their contributing watersheds. The SCDRS project area polygon was created using the GLAHF high resolution shoreline v1.1 data, from the GLAHF Spatial Framework v1.d1 and the Great Lakes Hydrography Dataset (GLHD) v1 watersheds. These datasets were altered to limit thier extents to the St. Clair Detroit River System (SCDRS) Initiative Project Area (https://scdrs.org/), which includes the waters of SCDRS as defined by the SCDRS Initiative Project and their contributing watersheds. The SCDRS Initiative defines the waters of SCDRS the area approximately from the southern base of Lake Huron to the western basin of Lake Erie.
